Why I Started Lanier Executive Search
After years of working in recruiting, I kept seeing the same thing: smaller and growing businesses often need recruiting help, but not always in the traditional way. Sometimes you already have applicants and just need someone experienced to review and screen them. Sometimes you need help sourcing candidates. And sometimes you need someone to step in and manage more of the search.
I wanted to create Lanier Executive Search to give businesses that flexibility — especially companies that are just getting started or growing and may not have an internal recruiter. My goal is to meet clients where they are, understand what they actually need, and provide experienced recruiting support without forcing every business into the same type of service.
For me, recruiting is personal. It’s about listening, building relationships, and helping businesses find the right people while giving candidates a positive and respectful experience.
